KeirCare is a Disability Service Provider whose mission is to enable our service users to live wholesome and enriched lives as independently as they can achieve.

Our holistic approach allows this support to extend from the day to day independent living skills required in the home; to a diverse range of services and supports in the wider community.

It's our vision to create a community, through which our service users' access, skill development opportunities, employment skills and support, community access and lifelong connections, safety and belonging.

At KeirCare we believe in everyones ability to make the most of life.

We're fueled by creativity and love thinking outside the box to solve problems in unique ways. We value teamwork and strive to build environments where we can lean on each other, share ideas, and support one another to reach new heights together.

We aim to bring an abundance of energy, joy and respect into our work, and our daily lives, because we believe a happy team is a strong team.

Hi, I'm Rachel, the Founder and Director of KeirCare.

I began working in the disability employment space in 2017 and over the past 8 years of delivering various employment and skills based programs across ACT and NSW, I have become increasingly frustrated and disheartened that most mainstream employment opportunities don't align with the skills and abilities of many young adults with disabilities.

This is why I started KeirCare, an organisation built on the belief that every person has something to contribute.

Rather than trying to find the right job for someone with a disability, KeirCare is passionate about creating opportunities to accommodate all types of people and skills. Our long-term goal is to build a Social Enterprise that is focused on creating employment opportunities for people living with different abilities.

KeirCare isn't just about support – it is about creating a community where everyone contributes and everyone thrives.

While employment is a substantial factor in the conception of KeirCare – Our business goes well beyond just work skills. Being fortunate enough to operate from vast establishment nestled amongst 10-acres of wilderness on the outskirts of Wagga Wagga, we are committed to using this space to enrich the lives of our service users – whether it is Short Term Accommodation, SLES and Employment Skills, Community Access, Support with Daily Living Skills, Health and Wellbeing or Group Workshops – We strive to develop programs that are about YOU.

Our newly established workspace, located on the outskirts of Gobbagombalin NSW, offers a stunning and dynamic environment to achieve your goals. Our facility offers 4 spacious bedrooms for short-term accommodation and respite, a fully accessible kitchen, a cinema room, a wellbeing space, a dynamic workshop room equipped with all resources for arts, crafts and design, and a flourishing vegetable and flower garden encapsulating the zestful residence.

Our programs and services create a culture centered around inclusion, support, encouragement, friendship, fun and growth.

We offer:

  • Short Term Accommodation and Respite
  • Employment Support and SLES
  • Group and Centre Based Activities
  • Development of Daily Living and Life Skills
  • Community Access and Social Supports

The KeirCare team respectfully acknowledges and pays respect to the Wiradjuri people, the traditional custodians of the land on which we work and pays respect to Elders past, present and future.

We remain committed to listening, learning and growing on what always was and always will be, Aboriginal land.
